I raised a seed round, recruited the founding team, and designed Sticky's proactive AI meeting assistant that captured the notes, decisions, and follow-ups from every meeting.

I led product discovery for the firm, developing the validation playbook used to evaluate new concepts. One of the opportunities I identified and validated, a product that connected meetings, notes, and tasks, evolved into Sticky.

Designer, builder 2026 – Present

I built Latest to get daily inspiration from creative work outside my own medium. Every day, an AI curator gathers new work from sources like museums, design publications, and agencies.

I'm Andrew, a design leader and builder based in San Francisco.

My contributions are strongest when I'm brought on to help define what to build, design how it works, and own the implementation of the finished product.

I have a deep understanding of AI tools and products. In 2022 as a Co-founder of Sticky, I led design for our proactive AI assistant, while most AI tools were still prompt-based chat interfaces.

Since then, I've continued to build AI-native products as both a fractional design partner and advisor to founders and startups.

My impact is amplified on teams that require hands-on design leadership; a player/coach that owns the work end-to-end.

I thrive in building early-stage products, new initiatives inside larger companies, and product areas that need a design leader to bring them to life.
