Sticky.app — Sticky.app hero
Sticky.app initially launched as a dedicated meeting notes app that brought notes, tasks, and calendar into one place. The AI Notetaker was built into Sticky.app, turning it into a proactive AI assistant that took meeting notes for people so they could stay in the conversation.
Sticky.app — Recurring meeting notes
Sticky connected the notes from every recurring meeting series. Past notes were ready in the sidebar or expandable inline, so customers could pick up exactly where the last meeting left off.
Sticky.app — AI meeting notes
Sticky's AI meeting notes followed a scannable structure. An executive summary at the top, then topics with key points beneath, and the transcript linked at the end.
Sticky.app — Mobile web
The mobile web experience focused on what customers needed on the go: inviting the AI Notetaker to upcoming meetings, joining with one tap, and reviewing AI notes after the call.
Sticky.app — Custom avatars
Custom avatars gave customers control over how Sticky appeared in their meetings. Renaming the AI, swapping in a personal photo, or displaying a company logo made the AI's presence the customer's own.
Sticky.app — Slash commands
A slash key opened inline commands for linking documents, capturing tasks, and attaching notes. As customers typed a task, Sticky surfaced existing matches inline, ready to attach with an arrow key.
Sticky.app — Menu bar app
Sticky lived in the menu bar, surfacing the day's meetings and the countdown to the next one. From there, customers could invite the AI Notetaker to a call or launch straight into it.
